This is your opportunity as a young professional to step up, voice your ideas, and challenge our organizations to evolve on a thought-provoking topic. By sparking change within your own workplace, you’ll inspire others across our network to raise the bar.
A Collaborative Vision for Change
This year, we’ve teamed up with our trusted partner, Boertien Vergouwen Overduin (BVO), to design an exciting and impactful competition. Over three dynamic event dates, teams will tackle a real-world case designed to drive positive transformation within our member organizations.
The 2025 Topic: Redefining Work
At this year’s General Members Assembly, we invited all ICA ambassadors to vote on the topic that will define the 2025 competition. The result was unanimous and inspiring:

Key Dates
- Kick-off: 30 April 2025 | Location: Online | Updated Date
- Inspiration Session: 21 May 2025 | Location: TBD
- Finals: 25 June 2025 | Location: TBD
All sessions will run in the evening after work, from approximately 5:30–6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Kick-off will be held online, while the Inspiration Session and Finals will be in-person events. We’re excited to create a vibrant, festive atmosphere at a fantastic venue for the Finals—stay tuned for details!

Time Investment
We estimate a commitment of about 2 hours per week per participant to work on the case over the 10-week period leading to the Finals. The actual time may vary depending on team size, dedication, and effort. How you manage your team’s time is entirely up to you!
Goal
To ignite change within your company by crafting a compelling case, engaging the right stakeholders, and convincing your management to act on your ideas.
Deliverable
- A 10-minute presentation, including a 3-minute film showcasing your innovative programs for “Balancing Productivity and Well-being in a Hybrid Working Environment”.
- Additionally, short management summary briefly explaining your idea.
How to Sign Up
Each member company can register up to two teams of 5–8 members, including a designated team lead. The team lead will serve as our primary contact and coordinate internal team meetings. Ready to lead? Rally your ambitious peers and get started!
