Specially in a globalised world, working and leading a multicultural workforce requires skills to navigate cultures to be able to build trust, motivate and persuade in order to be an effective global leader.

Through a highly interactive workshop participants will learn from each other and obtain practical tools to understand (global) leadership and implement it in their daily life and work.
