* If you are unable to attend an event, please inform us. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can disrupt our planning and impact other members, so we kindly ask you to avoid these whenever possible. Repeated instances may lead to a penalty affecting your future registrations for ICA events. Specifically, you may be added to our "no-show, no call" list for three months, during which time we may prioritize other members for available spots. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our events more effectively.
* Your spot is secure when you have accepted the google calendar invite. Please accept this calendar invite max 1 week in advance. We will send you one reminder, but if we haven't heard anything back within five days, we will give your spot to someone else.
