Ticket Info:
For the first time, we’re asking for a small self-contribution of 20 Euros for a spot in the Golden Circle Area (normally 67 Euros). This includes networking, drinks, and a close-up view of the speakers and concert. We’re offering this heavily subsidized price to make the event accessible while supporting future ICA initiatives.
Registration:
- There are 40 ICA spots available
- Registration is still Open
- You will be contacted by email to pay and confirm your spot if selected.
After the registration deadline has passed, the organizer will contact you if you've been selected and send you a payment request to be completed exclusively via bank transfer. Your spot will be secured only after you've made the payment.

Policy:
- Everyone will be put on the waitlist initially. ICA will distribute the spots over the member organizations and make selections randomly to ensure a fair chance for all organizations to attend.
- When selected you’ll receive an official calendar invite and payment request from the organizer. Secure your spot by completing the payment request from the organizer before the payment deadline. If payment is not made by the payment deadline your spot may go to someone on the waiting list.
- Mobile Tickets via Ticketmaster will be sent to you prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation before the deadline [June 4th, 25]: A full refund is subject to whether an ICA member on waiting list can replace you in time.
- Cancellation after the deadline [June 4th, 25]: Tickets are hence non-refundable irrespective of circumstance.
- No-shows without 2 days notice may result in a 3-month ‘no-show’ list penalty, giving priority to others;
- By attending ICA events, participants agree to have their photos taken. Photos will be shared on our socials. Email communications@ica.nl to opt out.
